Clients shortlisted in Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards

Story telling on behalf of my clients increasingly includes writing awards nominations to celebrate their successes. Although it’s a time consuming process, it’s a very useful exercise as it prompts a review of the year to tease out the most award-worthy nuggets. Clients are often surprised when we go through this discipline to realise that they have achieved far more than they had appreciated.

Last weekend, the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business shortlist was announced and I was delighted to read that three clients had all reached the virtual final: long established client, Wold Top in the Rural Awards; sister company, Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery in the Young Business of the Year and Tong Garden Centre in the Outstanding Employer category.

We wait with bated breath for the digitally screened final on 4th November. Fingers crossed for all.
